Dr. Topol has a special interest in pediatric obesity, asthma, and the effects screen time has on developing minds.  For many years he worked as a pediatric hospitalist on the inpatient unit before transitioning to primary care

Additional Information

Dr. Topol was raised in New Jersey and has recently moved to Western Pennsylvania.  He enjoys spending time with patients and watching them achieve growth and developmental milestones.  His hobbies include soccer, gardening, sporting events and spending time with his wife and three young children.

Additional Information

Chelsea Raffa earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Carlow University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Penn State University. She is also licensed as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) and a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Chelsea has volunteered at Highmark Caring Place, been a medical volunteer at the USGA US Open, and volunteered as a cap counselor at Camp AIM, a summer camp for children with special needs.

Chelsea is a born and raised Pittsburgher. In her spare time, she likes skiing, biking, baking/cooking, traveling, listening to live music, and watching college football.
