Dr. Wendy Bacdayan has been practicing with the Chartiers/McMurray division of AHN Pediatrics since 2002. She is also a certified lactation consultant – IBCLC.
In her free time, Wendy is a sports enthusiast. She is a distance runner and a beginner golfer. She also enjoys traveling with her family.

Dr. Davies was born and raised in Pittsburgh and has been with AHN Pediatrics since finishing his training at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh in 2007. He enjoys reading, playing the piano, crossword puzzles, playing golf, and cheering for the Steelers. He lives with his wife and two children in the South Hills.

Dr. McHugh was born and raised in Wisconsin. She obtained her undergraduate degree at University of Wisconsin and her medical degree at Medical College of Wisconsin. She moved to Pittsburgh with her husband for residency training and loved it so much they never left! Dr. McHugh and her husband have a daughter and twin boys. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, baking, exercising and spending time outdoors.

Dr. Erin Davies was born and raised in Western Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor of Science at Grove City College and went on to earn her MD at Jefferson Medical College. Before joining us at AHN Pediatrics, Dr. Davies spent more than 8 years as a pediatrician at Premier Medical Associates.
Dr. Davies makes her home in Mt. Lebanon with her husband, and their two children. She enjoys Pure Barre, running, walking, dancing, reading, and spending time with her family. She also volunteers as much as possible at her church, her children’s school, and by helping neighbors in her community.

Kelly is a native of Baltimore who moved to Pittsburgh to pursue a career in medicine. Kelly has a special interest in adolescent medicine and makes a great contribution in helping our patients with teen issues. Kelly lives in Upper St. Clair with her husband and children. In her free time, she enjoys walking her dog, reading, and trying new recipes.

Janelle Selva, PA-C is a physician assistant with the AHN Pediatric Institute, specializing in newborn care, adolescent care, sports physicals, general wellness exams, telemedicine and patients with special needs. She received her Bachelor of Science in Health and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from St. Francis University in Loretto, PA. Janelle is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is certified in Basic Life Support and Pediatric Advance Life Support. Janelle has over 20 years experience applying best-practice techniques and providing specialized care to pediatric patients. She see patients newborn to 21 in McMurray and Bridgeville.
Leann Ross, MSN, CRNP, CRNP-PC

Graduate Degree: Master of Science in Nursing with Specialization in Pediatric Care from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

Leann Ross has been working in Pediatrics her entire career and holds multiple degrees including two Bachelor of Science degrees from Bowling Green State University, in both Biology and Nursing, and a Master of Science degree in Nursing with a specialization in Pediatric Care from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Leann and her husband enjoy watching sports, especially the Steelers and Buccos and watching their daughter play softball and dance.
