Additional Information

Dr. Bautista was born and raised in Pittsburgh and except for the few years spent at the University of Notre Dame for college, she has lived in Pennsylvania her whole life. She met her husband at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed an Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency at the Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. After residency, her family landed back in Pittsburgh and there is no place they would rather be!

 She currently lives in Franklin Park with her husband, 3 children, and an 80-pound sheepadoodle named Eddie.

Specialty

Dr. Donnelly has special interest in breastfeeding. He was the initial recipient of the Allegheny County Health Department’s Breastfeeding Advocacy Award. He is a member of the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine and can perform the frenulotomy procedure for tongue-tied infants who have trouble nursing.

Additional Information

Dr. Donnelly was selected Best Pediatrician by Pittsburgh’s City Paper in 2010, 2014, 2017, and 2021. He was also named a Top Doctor by Pittsburgh Magazine in 2021 and 2022.

Dr. Dudro lives in the North Hills with his wife and three children. He is a Pittsburgh native, having grown up in Pleasant Hills, PA but spent 15 years out of state for his education and training. He returned home to Pittsburgh, because he believes that there is no better place to raise his children. When not spending time with his family, he enjoys running and golfing.

Dr. Kilpela is the son of Dr. Donald Kilpela, one of the founders of AHN Pediatrics and the Northland Division, and is a long-time resident of the North Hills area.  He and his wife Janel, an elementary school teacher in the Pine-Richland School District, live in the Sewickley area with their daughter and son.  Dr. Kilpela is an avid sports fan of both professional and college teams. He is the Director of Outpatient Pediatrics and the IT Officer for the AHN Pediatric Institute.

Dr. Garbon is originally from South Florida and came to Pittsburgh for residency in 2006. She fell in love with the city and her husband, a Pittsburgh native. She enjoys travelling, cooking, reading and being active outdoors with her family. She has 2 sports-obsessed kids and her weekends are spent cheering them on. She loves being a pediatrician and developing relationships with her patients and their families. She has a special interest in breastfeeding medicine and adolescent mental health.

Dr. Sabovik is a board-certified physician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She attended Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh. After serving as chief resident there, she joined a pediatric practice, working in both the hospital and outpatient offices. She was involved in teaching medical students and residents.

Andrea Cooper received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Duquesne University and a Master of Science in Nursing with a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner specialty from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. Andrea’s past experience includes pediatric primary care, acute care, home health nursing, and instructor of nursing students. She enjoys spending time with her husband Rob and their three children.
