Here’s a great summer recipe my son Will makes year-round. Serve it with tortilla chips, fresh raw veggies, or as a spread on a turkey sandwich.
- 2 avocados
- 4 large tablespoons of good mexican salsa
- 1/4 lime (juiced)
- 1/2 fresh jalapeño pepper
- dash of salt and pepper (to taste)
- dash of ground red (cayenne) pepper (to taste)
— Mash avocado until extremely creamy.
— Add salsa, lime juice, jalapeños and mix.
— Add salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper and mix.
