Changes at your AHN Pediatrics Office
AHN Pediatrics Transition to New Health Record System Effective 10/13/2020
Thank you for your patience and understanding,
On October 13, 2020, AHN Pediatrics will be transitioning from our current electronic health record system to a new system.
You may notice that some things take a little longer as we get acclimated to our new system. While all of our providers and staff have been trained on the new system, you will see additional staff in our offices working with them to ensure that everything is running smoothly. Normal routines may take a little more time than usual as we double-check our work to ensure that you and your child continue to receive quality care during this change. We ask that all patients please bring their insurance card to their appointment. We apologize in advance for any additional wait times you may experience, and sincerely thank you for your patience.
You should have received information in the past couple of weeks about MyChart, a great feature of our new system that replaces our current patient portal. You can use MyChart to book appointments, view statements and pay bills, communicate with your care team, request routine prescription refills, view your child’s health history, view test results and more. MyChart also has an app to make things even more convenient. Check your inbox tomorrow for an email with more information about MyChart, or visit MyChart.ahn.org to register.
As always, thank you for entrusting us with your child’s health and well-being.
If you have any questions, please call your regular AHN Pediatrics office.
The Providers and Staff of AHN Pediatrics.
