Salma Haneef, M.D., joined AHN Pediatrics – Pediatric Alliance, effective October 30, 2017. A graduate of Johns Hopkins University, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology. Dr. Haneef earned her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia, MO. She then completed a residency in Pediatrics at Inova Children’s Hospital in Fairfax, VA. She is board certified pediatrician, and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Bruce Hyde, MD
Undergraduate: Bachelor of Arts from Johns Hopkins University, Masters degree in Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh
Medical School: Temple University Medical School
Dr. Hyde’s special interests include community health and preventative medicine
Dr. Hyde and his spouse enjoy watching sports, cooking, and taking care of their two dogs, Mishy and Queeny. He is also a history buff and enjoys visiting historical places.
Kayllie Wang, MD
Undergraduate: Penn State University, Schreyers Honors College
Medical School: University of Pittsburgh
Originally from Murrysville, PA, Dr. Wang now makes her home in Peters Township with her husband and son. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis and baking.
Sara DePierre, PA-C, IBCLC
Sara DePierre, PA-C is a board certified Physician’s Assistant; she attended Chatham University’s Masters of Science Program in 2010 and worked in Obstetrics and Gynecology for 5 years. In addition, Sara has completed the IBLCE’s Lactation Consultant program. Sara is a Jefferson Hills native and is excited to be working in the community she knows and loves.
Rachel Raymond, PA-C
Undergraduate: Bachelor of Science, Health Sciences, Duquesne University
Graduate: Master of Science, Physician Assistant Studies, Duquesne University
Before coming to AHN Pediatrics – Pediatric Alliance, Rachel Raymond spent 4 years as a Physician Assistant at Greater Pittsburgh Neurological Associates and 18 months as a Physician Assistant At Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh in the Division of Neuro-Oncology.
Rachel was raised in Harrison City and now makes her home in North Huntingdon with her husband and her dog, Theo. Theo is also in the medical field as a Certified Therapy Dog. In her spare time, Rachel loves traveling and doing yoga.
