Dr. Walczak has been with Pediatric Alliance since 2004. She is married and has three children. To stay fit, Dr. Walczak power walks, participates in yoga, and lifts weights. In her free time she enjoys reading and traveling.
Raymond O’Toole, M.D.
Medical School: University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine
Pediatric Training: Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh
Dr O’Toole is a native Pittsburgher, born and bred in the South Hills. He is married and has one dancing daughter. His hobbies include anything that would fall under the heading of “geek”. Concussions, developmental issues and adolescent medicine are some of his areas of interest.
Wendy Bacdayan, M.D., IBCLC

Dr. Wendy Bacdayan has been practicing with the Chartiers/McMurray division of Pediatric Alliance since 2002. She is also a certified lactation consultant – IBCLC.
In her free time, Wendy is a sports enthusiast. She is a distance runner and a beginner golfer. She also enjoys traveling with her family.
Brian Davies, M.D.
Medical School: University of Pittsburgh
Pediatric Training: Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh
Dr. Davies was born and raised in Pittsburgh and has been with Pediatric Alliance since finishing his training at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh in 2007. He enjoys reading, playing the piano, crossword puzzles, playing golf, and cheering for the Steelers. He lives with his wife and two children in the South Hills.
Brook McHugh, M.D.

Dr. McHugh was born and raised in Wisconsin. She obtained her undergraduate degree at University of Wisconsin and her medical degree at Medical College of Wisconsin. She moved to Pittsburgh with her husband for residency training and loved it so much they never left! Dr. McHugh and her husband have a daughter and twin boys. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, baking, going for walks and trying new restaurants.
Erin Davies, M.D.
Medical School: Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia
Pediatric Training: Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, Pediatric Resident
Dr. Erin Davies was born and raised in Western Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor of Science at Grove City College and went on to earn her MD at Jefferson Medical College. Before joining us at Pediatric Alliance, Dr. Davies spent more than 8 years as a pediatrician at Premier Medical Associates.
Dr. Davies makes her home in Mt. Lebanon with her husband, our very own Dr. Brian Davies, and their two children. She enjoys Pure Barre, running, walking, dancing, reading, and spending time with her family. She also volunteers as much as possible at her church, her children’s school, and by helping neighbors in her community.
Kelly Campbell, C.R.N.P.

Nursing Program:Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Robert Morris University
Kelly is a native of Baltimore who moved to Pittsburgh to pursue a career in medicine. Kelly has a special interest in adolescent medicine and makes a great contribution in helping our patients with teen issues. Kelly lives in Canonsburg with her husband and son. In her free time, she enjoys walking her dog, reading, and trying new recipes.
Janelle Selva, PA-C

Graduate Degree: St. Francis University, Masters Degree, Physician Assistant Sciences
Janelle attended St. Francis University in Loretto, PA where she earned her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Sciences. Before Joining Pediatric Alliance, Janelle spent 12 years as a Physician Assistant at Central Greene Pediatrics in Waynesburg, PA and 3 years at Laurel Pediatrics in Uniontown.
Janelle is a native of South Fayette where she still lives with her husband and children. She is a foster parent, and she enjoys spending time with her kids and being involved at her church.
Leann Ross, MSN, CRNP, CRNP-PC
Undergraduate: Two Bachelor of Science degrees from Bowling Green State University, in both Biology and Nursing.
Graduate Degree: Master of Science in Nursing with Specialization in Pediatric Care from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
Leann Ross has been working in Pediatrics her entire career and holds multiple degrees including two Bachelor of Science degrees from Bowling Green State University, in both Biology and Nursing, and a Master of Science degree in Nursing with a specialization in Pediatric Care from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Leann and her husband enjoy watching sports, especially the Steelers and Buccos and watching their daughter play softball and dance.
Kari Halloran, Nutritionist
Medical School: Penn State University
Kari Halloran is a Registered and Licensed dietitian with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition and Foods from Virginia Tech and a Master’s Degree in Adult Education from Penn State. She has over 15 years of experience in individual nutritional counseling for all ages and currently sees patients on Thursdays and Saturdays at our Chartiers office. She brings an enthusiasm for helping people change their nutrition habits to live a healthier lifestyle. She is an avid exerciser and likes to read and spend time with her family.
