Dr. Lamb is the mother of 4 children.  She and her husband Michael, a physician of Internal Medicine, live in the North Hills area.  She also has grandchildren and enjoys spending time with her family. She likes running, swimming, cooking and trying new recipes. She also enjoys reading, music, playing piano, and attending musical theater and the opera.

Dr. Kilpela is the son of Dr. Donald Kilpela, one of the founders of Pediatric Alliance and the Northland Division, and is a long-time resident of the North Hills area.  He and his wife Janel, an elementary school teacher in the Pine-Richland School District, live in the Sewickley area with their daughter and son.  Dr. Kilpela is an avid sports fan of both professional and college teams.  He is the Chairman of the Electronic Medical Records Committee and sits on the Board of Directors and Strategic Management Committee for Pediatric Alliance, P.C.

Dr. Pagnotto grew up in Bethel Park, PA, and currently lives in Marshall Township. Her husband, Dr. Michael Pagnotto, is an orthopedic surgeon. She has two elementary school-aged children who keep her quite busy at home.

Additional Information

Dr. Garbon is originally from South Florida and came to Pittsburgh for residency in 2006. She fell in love with the city and her husband, a Pittsburgh native. She enjoys travelling, cooking, reading and watching football- especially the Steelers and the Florida Gators! She loves being a pediatrician and watching all her patients grow. She has a special interest in concussion education and breastfeeding.

Additional Information

Dr. Dudro lives in the North Hills with his wife and three children. He is a Pittsburgh native, having grown up in Pleasant Hills, PA but spent 15 years out of state for his education and training. He returned home to Pittsburgh, because he believes that there is no better place to raise his children. When not spending time with his family, he enjoys running and golfing.

Additional Information

Dr. Sabovik is a board-certified physician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She attended Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh. After serving as chief resident there, she joined a pediatric practice, working in both the hospital and outpatient offices. She was involved in teaching medical students and residents.

As of January 1, 2017, Dr. Sabovik is a welcome addition to the team at Pediatric Alliance Northland Division.
