RN or LPN – Triage
We have several openings for full-time and part-time Triage Nurses in several of our offices including:
- Greentree (part-time, 16-20 hrs/week)
- Arcadia (Part-time and Full-time)
Responsibilities include triage, patient contact, telephone advice and patient education
Candidate must have ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Candidate must have a current RN or LPN license.
Knowledge of pediatrics is highly desirable, at least 2 years of experience is preferred.
Knowledge of electronic health records is very helpful.

We have several openings for full-time Medical Assistants in several of our offices including:

Medical Assistants help support the day-to-day activities of the office. Responsibilities include rooming patients, immunization administration, and assisting providers as needed.
Candidates should be able to perform other duties and responsibilities required for efficient operation of the office in order to provide quality care and service.
Knowledge of electronic health records and experience with computers is very helpful.
Medical Assistant diploma or certificate is REQUIRED.
Full-Time Front Office Assistant
We have an opening for a full-time Front Office Assistant in our Northland Division.
Front Office Assistant responsibilities include assisting with the day-to-day activities of the front office ensuring maximum productivity and patient satisfaction. Front Office Assistants greet patients, check-in patients (verify insurance/demographics), answer phones, and check-out patients (collect co-payments, schedule follow up appointments), and assist patients with requests as needed.
This position includes evening and Saturday morning hours as well as working in all three Northland locations (Seven Fields, Cranberry, and McKnight Road).
1 – 2 years of experience is preferred.
Knowledge of electronic health records is also very helpful.
